A 25-year-old man has been charged with several crimes which primarily relate to weapons and drugs.
Hassan Ali, of Keel Drive, Slough, was charged with possession of a knife blade/sharp pointed article in a public place, acquiring/using/possessing criminal property and possession with intent to supply a drug of class B – namely cannabis.
The charges relate to an incident at the Chalvey Recreation Ground on Sunday, December 10 just after 5am, when officers approached a group of men.
The led to the discover of a knife, cash and a quantity of cannabis in deal bags were located.
Ali was arrested and is due before Reading Magistrates’ Court today (Monday, December 11).
