Police closed a connecting road between Maidenhead and Windsor on Wednesday, December 13, after a serious crash at a junction.
At 5.38pm emergency services rushed to the A308 in Bray where a car and motorbike had crashed.
Royal Berkshire Fire and Rescue Service crews from Maidenhead and Windsor Fire Stations were sent to the scene, together with one Officer.
They were supported by Thames Valley Police who announced that the A308 was closed at the junction with Fifield Road at 6:58pm.
Members of the public were asked to avoid the area, with police estimating they would be on the scene for two to three hours.
A spokesperson for the Royal Berkshire Fire and Rescue Service said: "Upon arrival, firefighters found a road traffic collision involving a car and a motorbike.
"Crews provided immediate emergency care to one casualty before placing them into the care of South Central Ambulance Service.
"Crews were on the scene for about one hour and 12 minutes."
Police reopened the road at 8:15pm.
No arrests have been made.
