A police cordon was put into force after a car was seen driving onto the pavement, damaging a store shutter.
Just after 3am on January 1, 2024, Jazz Suri, manager of A to Z Fresh said his CCTV cameras picked up on a white vehicle smashing into his shutters.
The footage, shown to the Slough Observer, also shows individuals jumping out of the way of the vehicles path. It is then understood that the car took off.
Mr Suri was notified of the incident in the early hours of the morning and was unable to open the store as police forensics were taking samples, while a police cordon stretched from the High Street to The Grove.
"The shutter is damaged and it will cost us around £1,000 to repair. I don't know how I am going to do it," Mr Suri said.
He added that he believes there was a street fight on December 31, 2023 involving four to five people.
Mr Suri said: "I feel threatened by what is going on. It isn't the first time it has happened. It is getting ridiculous."
The police cordon was removed at around 4pm later that day.
