Two men are facing charges after police received a report of an attempted vehicle theft.
Michael Ward, aged 26, of Marsh Lane, Aylesbury, and John Francis O’Donnell, aged 25, of Boltons Lane, Harlington, were both charged on Thursday, January 11, with one count each of conspiring to steal from a motor vehicle, attempted theft and going equipped for theft.
The charges are in connection with an incident on Uxbridge Road, Slough at around 8.20pm on Wednesday, January 10.
They were arrested the same day and were remanded to custody.
Ward and O’Donnell appeared at Reading Magistrates’ Court on Friday, January 12 and were further remanded to custody.
They are due to appear at Reading Crown Court on February 12.
