Slough Young People’s Question Time took place earlier this week and the panel answered numerous topical questions that would affect young people in the town’s community.
Slough Borough Council recently posted a photo to social media to commemorate the event, mentioning that they had a great turn out.
A whole host of young people within Slough’s community attended along with other professionals who also take an interest in the wellbeing of today’s youth.
Along with the photograph of the discussion panel, Slough Borough Council also posted the following statement:
“Thank you to all of the young people & professionals who attended last night's Slough Young People’s Question Time.
The spokesperson for Slough Borough Council continued:
“Hot topics were knife crime, mental health, council finances & services & universal free school meals, with our young people asking challenging questions.”
