The statistics track the moment a property is listed on the UK’s leading property portals to the point it’s marked as officially ‘sold’ at the HM Land Registry.

Typically SL0 (Iver) postcodes are the fastest to sell, taking 108 days to sell and SL3 (Slough) 111 days to sell.

Postcodes SL5, SL2 and SL4 take an estimated 120-121 days to sell.

This means most Slough homes sell faster than those in South Bucks and Maidenhead.

Slough's SL1 postcode tends to see sales finalised at 126 days.

Meanwhile, Bourne End is the slowest SL postcode to sell, taking 135 days or nearly four and a half months.

Maidenhead (SL6) properties tend to sell around 130 days after listing, with Marlow (SL7) and Gerrads Cross (SL9) sitting at around 122 to 123 days.
