A section of the A308 Marlow Road has been closed overnight after police were spotted blocking off the road near Maidenhead.
A police cordon was placed just off Bisham Roundabout near Maidenhead/Marlow late last night which appears to be in place again this morning.
AA Live shows that the A308 is closed between Lee Lane and Hyde Farm.
An officer at the scene said: "The main cordon is near A404 roundabout on a bend. We hope to have the road open soon."
Thames Valley Police have been contacted for a statement.
