Police are appealing for witnesses after a woman was stabbed and her arm was broken outside BetFred.

The incident happened yesterday February 24 between 6.30 pm and 7.45 pm in the High Street.

The victim, a woman in her 40s, sustained a stab wound to her back, a broken arm and facial injuries following a fight involving a number of people outside BetFred.

She was taken to hospital for treatment where she remains.

Three men have been arrested in connection with the incident and are currently in custody.

Investigating officer Detective Sergeant Tom Harman, based at Slough police station, said: “This was a very serious assault which has left a woman requiring hospital treatment.

“We’ve made three arrests but our investigation is continuing and I’d like to appeal to anyone who can help us to come forward.
