A Slough man has been handed a community order after pleading guilty to driving while disqualified.
Hamzah Farooq, 28, of Hillersdon in Slough, appeared before Reading Magistrates' Court on February 9.
The facts of the case are that the defendant was caught driving a Volkswagen Passat in Slough on May 21, 2023.
It was subsequently found that the defendant was driving despite being disqualified - and without insurance.
He admitted to the offences at a hearing last December.
Magistrates in the case imposed a community order, and disqualified him from driving for nine months.
The community order includes a rehabilitation activity requirement for up to eight days, and an unpaid work requirement for 180 hours.
