A pub has announced it will be closing by the end of the month.
The Prince Albert, on Clewer Hill Road in Windsor, has been at the heart of the community for over 25 years.
Rumours began circulating earlier this month about the future of the pub.
On Sunday, April 21, The Prince Albert took to Facebook stating: "Dear valued customers, we’ve heard some rumours and want to set the record straight: We are still open.
"2024 marks 25 wonderful years of serving this community, and we want to make sure we celebrate every moment until the very end.
"We are not closed and will continue to welcome you with open arms until April 28."
The team, headed by Martin and Wendy Higgins have thanked the community for their support over the decades, adding "it has truly been our pleasure".
The Prince Albert has been approached for further comment.
