A man has been banned from the road for a year after being caught drink-driving in Slough.
Wojciech Lawicki, 50, of The Cherries, Slough, was stopped by police in London Road on March 10 this year.
Officers tested him, and the proportion of alcohol in his breath - namely 55 microgrammes in 100 millilitres of breath - was found to be above the legal limit.
Lawicki appeared before Slough Magistrates' Court on March 25.
He was banned from driving for a year, to be reduced by three months on completion of a course.
In addition, he must pay a £392 fine, £85 in court costs and a £150 victim surcharge.
