The Slough Borough Council has since taken up their care.
Reportedly located just west of Brunel Junction in the town centre, the Mosaic Apartments were said to have had small fires containing in the roof spaces which fire crews were able to manage and bring under control, as stated by a spokesman from Berkshire Fire and Rescue Service.

The fire is currently under control with no casualties reported.
The residents of these Mosaic Apartments remain in the council's care until they can return home.
