Handmade kites filled the sky over Boyn Grove Park (Punt Hill) in Maidenhead as over 2000 people attended the Norden Farm Centre for the Arts annual Kite Festival.
The free event took place on Sunday, August 31.
Organisers stated: "All ages came together with their handmade kite creations and shop bought kites to take them to sky above Maidenhead, soak up the atmosphere and enjoy food and drink from local vendors.
"Over 2000 people attended the event – with the wind and steep hill in the park making it the ideal location for kite flying."

The festival was opened by Joshua Reynolds MP for Maidenhead and Royal Borough Mayor Cllr Mandy Brar.
The day included live music, entertainment, storytelling, kite decorating and free crafts.
Norden Farm’s Education Manager, Kayleigh Robinson said: “This year’s Kite Festival was a great success, bringing together the whole community in celebration.
"We had live performances, wonderful food options, kite decorating and of course, the people of Maidenhead flying their kites!”
The Dhol Collective kicked off the entertainment with their energetic Dhol drumming sounds, with dancers joining them later in the day to teach the crowd some moves.
A vibrant interactive performance from Miss High Leg Kick’s Bird Rave brought the 90s nostalgia.
They had the crowds dancing and learning new, nature-inspired moves to a soundtrack of classic rave music.
There was live music to enjoy across the day from top local talent - including rock n roll band The Rymatones – who are also performing at Norden Farm on Tuesday 16 September as part of the arts centre’s 25th anniversary celebrations.
Headliners Soulful Sistas rounded off the day with covers of some soul favourites and their fabulous harmonies.

Local poet and author Simon Mole led two storytelling sessions underneath the shade of the trees, while Norden Farm’s giant puppet Nordenia was on hand for selfies as she journeyed around the site.
Almost 200 kites were decorated on the day at the Kite Making tent, led by Community Kite Project.
Food stalls kept festival goers’ hunger at bay.
Jane Corry, Chief Executive and Artistic Director says: “It was such an incredible, uplifting event with so many children and families from across the whole community having a brilliant time together.
"Whether flying kites, getting involved in the Bird Rave, learning Bhangra moves with the Dhol Collective or enjoying the fabulous sounds from Soulful Sistas, The Rymatones and Oscar Scannell it was a joyful day of togetherness for everyone, united and harmonious.”
Norden Farm’s Kayleigh added: “It beautiful to see everyone coming together to enjoy a family day out.
She said: "We hope to be back again next summer!”
