A new beauty bootcamp is offering a fast track to a career in the industry.

Launching this August by JB Lash Academy in Slough, the week-long Summer Beauty Bootcamp is designed for school leavers, young adults, and aspiring beauty professionals.

It offers practical training and the chance to earn up to 12 accredited qualifications in just one week.

Jodie Brown, owner of JB Lash Academy, said: "As a local business owner, this initiative is particularly close to my heart.

"What started as training from my bedroom has since grown into a successful salon and academy in Slough, and I am passionate about helping others discover opportunities within the industry."

The programme also includes guidance on marketing, attracting clients, and building a successful beauty business.
