Norden Farm Centre for the Arts will screen National Theatre Live: The Misanthrope this month.

The production will be shown in the Courtyard Theatre cinema on September 22 at 7pm, and September 26 at 11am and 8pm.

Killing Eve star Sandra Oh plays the title role in Martin Crimp’s reworking of Molière’s classic dark comedy.

Indhu Rubasingham directs the production, which was filmed live on stage at the National Theatre.

The story follows Alice, a novelist who challenges the lies of modern society.

Her views lead to a backlash, and she must face the cost of speaking her truth.

Tickets cost £17, with a £1.90 booking fee per transaction.
