Two former Casualty doctors are set to star in Twelve Angry Men.
Gray O'Brien and Tristan Gemmill, who both played doctors in the long-running BBC drama, will take on pivotal roles in the courtroom drama, which will be performed at Theatre Royal Windsor.
The production coincides with Casualty's 40th anniversary.
O'Brien, who joined Casualty 30 years ago as Senior House Officer Richard McCaig, will play the role of Juror 8, famously portrayed by Henry Fonda in the 1957 film adaptation.

Juror 8 is the lone dissenting voice who refuses to rush to judgment.
Gemmill, known for his role as Consultant Adam Trueman in Casualty, will play Juror 10, a hostile and deeply prejudiced member of the jury.
The production will feature other familiar television faces, including Bill Ward from Coronation Street and Emmerdale, Ricky Norwood from EastEnders, and Ben Nealon from Soldier Soldier.
Their involvement highlights the role that long-running television dramas play in providing actors with the opportunity to develop their craft and take on diverse roles across stage and screen.
Bill Kenwright Ltd's acclaimed production of Twelve Angry Men will be at Theatre Royal Windsor from Thursday, September 3, until Saturday, September 12, before embarking on a national tour.
Written by Reginald Rose, the play follows twelve jurors who are tasked with deciding the fate of a young man accused of murdering his father.
The defendant appears to face an open-and-shut case, but as the jurors examine the evidence, one man’s refusal to simply follow the crowd forces them to question everything they think they know.
Prejudice, preconceived ideas, and personal tensions turn the jury room into a pressure cooker, as opinions shift, alliances fracture, and the evidence is examined from every possible angle.
What follows is a gripping battle of conscience that builds towards a nail-biting climax.
With two former Casualty doctors now sitting on opposite sides of a courtroom battle of prejudice, evidence, and conscience, audiences at Theatre Royal Windsor can expect a very different kind of drama.
Bill Kenwright Ltd presents Twelve Angry Men, directed by Christopher Haydon with an associate director Tim Welton.
The production runs from Thursday, September 3, to Saturday, September 12, 2026.
Evening performances are scheduled from Monday to Saturday at 7.30pm, with matinees on Thursdays and Saturdays at 2.30pm.
