REAL Milan have bounced back from their disappointing exit from the FA Sunday Cup with an emphatic 5-1 home win against rivals Singh Sabha Slough.

Milan showed great clinical finishing to beat a strong Sabha side that missed chances to win the Thames Valley League Division One game.

Sabha went into the match unbeaten and a bogey side for Real Milan, but the home team made the breakthrough early on.

Cheyenne Cripps chased down a short backpass and beat the keeper to the ball before holding off two challenges to slot home.

Singh Sabha hit back to equalise when Ravi Sehajpal was brilliantly found inside the box and finished with a great strike.

Milan were unfortunate not to re-take the lead before the break as Kane Jones hit the post and a 35-yard strike from Paolo Cicero came back off the crossbar.

The hosts had to absorb some pressure early on in the second-half but got their noses in front again when Reece Warwick found Jack Banks and he lobbed the ball over the advancing keeper.

The goal came against the run of play and Sabha hit the post on three occasions in search of an equaliser.

Real Milan extended their advantage as Jones broke away and set up man-of-the-match Cripps.

The pair combined again soon after for Cripps to complete his hat-trick and grab his 10th goal of the season - firing home from a tight angle.

Cripps then turned provider to allow Jones to fire home off the post from inside the box and complete the scoring.

The win means Real Milan remain unbeaten in the league this season ahead of a trip to LA Micro in round two of the Roy Lester Memorial Trophy this Sunday (10.30am).

Singh Sabha Slough are in round one action at home to Swans (10.30am).

SINGH Sabha continued their good early-season form in the East Berkshire League Premier Division after a 2-0 home win against Slough Heating Laurencians on Saturday.

Sabha remain unbeaten in the league following the hard-battled victory against a strong and physical Slough side.

The home team went into the match looking to bounce back having been knocked out of the Ascot & District Fielden Cup in their last outing.

Singh Sabha were unfortunate not to take the lead when Hasan Mahmood broke away and rounded the keeper but he shot was blocked on the line.

Sabha finally broke the deadlock after half-time as a Slough player was adjudged to have handled the ball inside the box. Captain Mampreet Randhawa stepped up to slot the ball home.

The hosts secured the points late on when man-of-the-match Hardeep Soor broke clear on the right wing to set up substitute Shemaron Carty, wo composed himself before firing into the net.
