SLOUGH Town have signed attacking midfielder Max Worsfold from Maidenhead United.
Worsfold, 26, becomes the first addition to
the Rebelssquad since the end of the season.
A statement on the official club website read: "Max became known to us during his time as captain at Staines Town, where he was in the same team as Jack Turner, playing over 250 games in five seasons. In this time he was involved in numerous goals and assists.
"Due to the change to full-time football at Maidenhead this summer, which he was unable to commit to, we were quick to get him on board.
"Max is a hard-working tenacious player, who we feel will come in and help strengthen the squad.
"Whilst he probably didn't have the season he was hoping for at the Magpies last year, due to a couple of injuries, we believe that he will come in and hit the ground running."
