Tom Lambert claimed the wicket of opening batsman Rahim Akhtar for six in his 3-46 from 11 overs.

Datchet reached 133-6 in 27.3 overs in response for a seventh win from eight matches this season.

Opening batsman Joe Barrett top-scored with 48 runs from 46 balls, including nine boundaries, whilst Jonty Jenner added 32 batting at number four.

Zaib was the pick of the Slough bowlers with his figures of 2-28 from seven overs. He took the wickets of both Zaib and Jenner.

Datchet welcome league leaders Henley to the Wally Gage Memorial Ground while Slough travel to Finchampstead this Saturday (11am starts).

Burnham ended a three-match winless streak in Division Two following a 74-run win at Cookham Dean last weekend.

Burnham won the toss and chose to bat first at Ricketts Field, the visitors making 154 runs all out from 49 overs.

Captain and opening batsman Rizwan Nadeem was the leading runs scorer with 46. Fahad Raja made 25 and the pair put on 70 runs for the first wicket.

Sahan Nanayakkara was the destroyer-in-chief for Cookham with his figures of 7-40 from 17 overs, which included the wickets of Raza Ali Dar, Syed Bukhari and Muhammad Haroon all without troubling the scorers.

It is the first time this season Nanayakkara has taken a five-wicket haul and means he has an average of 16.17 for the summer.

The home side were bowled out for 80 runs in 46.4 overs in response to suffer a defeat which sees them remain in the two relegation spots in the table.

Number three Yash Rastogi top-scored with 20 but Wasim Ahmed, batting at number 11, was the only other batsman to reach doubles figures with an unbeaten 13.

Farhaan Khan led the Burnham bowling with figures of 5-28 from 16.4 overs, which included the wicket of Robert Mettler for a duck. It is the second time this season he has taken a five-wicket haul and takes his average to 12.66 for the summer.

The win means Burnham now stand in fifth position in the league table ahead of a visit to The Memorial Ground from Wokingham this Saturday (11.30am). Cookham Dean travel to Oxford Downs.
