GALLERY: European prospects impress in front of MLB scouts in Slough (Image: MLB)
Major League Baseball offered Europe’s top 90 prospects an opportunity to compete in front of MLB scouts, as part of a wide programme of activity taking place as part of the MLB London Series.
The event took place at the National Baseball Complex near Slough on June 19-22, with the aim of offering players a chance to play in the world’s greatest baseball league.
Great Britain was represented on the field by Jack Warrington – who had previously represented GB Baseball at U18 level at this years Euros.
Drew Spencer – Team Manager for GB at the World Baseball Classic was in attendance alongside Major League Baseball legend Chase Utley.
