Talented Slough boxer Hassan Ishaq, of Lucky Gloves School of Boxing, won the prestigious Haringey Box Cup 2023.
Held at Alexandra Palace from June 17 until June 19, Mr Ishaq shared the ring with top quality opposition from the UK and won the 57kg Elite Gold Medal.
Beating Tom Welland of England in the semi-final, Irish Olympian, Patrik Adamus, was disposed of in the Final.
“I was really looking forward to the Haringey Box Cup after missing the NACs," said Mr Ishaq. "Winning the Haringey Box Cup is right up there in terms of achievements and a perfect end to the season."
The largest amateur boxing event in Europe, more than 500 fights take place across the weekend.
Anthony Joshua, Nicola Adams and Katie Taylor all won medals at the Haringey Box Cup before going on to pick up Olympic Gold and professional belts.
