SLOUGH Town remain top of the Southern Premier Division table after a comfortable 5-1 win against Gosport Borough at Arbour Park on Tuesday.

The victory means The Rebels are unbeaten in nine matches in all competitions, scoring 23 goals in the process and conceding just 10.

Slough won 5-1 away at Gosport back in August and took control of the return fixture thanks to a brace from Brad Wadkins.

Iffanyi Onnuachu pulled one back for the visitors but a Manny Williams strike ensured the hosts had a two-goal lead at the half-time interval.

Slough continued to dominate after the break when Wadkins scored a third to complete his hat-trick - the striker now has two trebles and eights goals this season - before Williams bagged his second of the match.
