These cases were heard at East Berkshire's magistrates' courts between April 18 and 22.

MARCO DE CAMPOS FERREIRA MENDES, 44, of no fixed abode, was committed to prison for eight weeks, suspended for 12 months, for breaching a community order made on April 15, 2015 for breaching a restraining order.

PIOTR WOJCIK, 20, of Kent Avenue, Slough, was fined £100 for possession of a class B drug, amphetamine, in Slough on August 6, 2015. He was also ordered to pay £30 victim surcharge and £170 costs. He was also fined £100 for failing to answer bail at Slough Police Station on August 21, 2015. He was also fined £200 for possession of a class B drug, amphetamine, in Baylis Park, Stoke Poges Lane, Slough on April 17, 2016.

DENZEL HOWARD, 30, of Eaton Avenue, Slough, was given a community order for drink driving in Eaton Avenue, Slough on March 25, 2016. He was also ordered to pay £60 victim surcharge, £85 costs and disqualified from driving for two years.

DEREK CHARLES PETTY, 51, of Ledgers Road, Slough, was committed to prison for 12 weeks, suspended for 12 months, for assault by beating in Slough on August 12, 2015. He was also ordered to pay £300 compensation and £200 costs.

RADOSLAW SENSKA, 27, of Maple Crescent, Slough, was given a community order for failing to attend a follow up assessment following a test for presence of a class A drug on January 22, 2016. He was also ordered to pay £60 victim surcharge.

ALEXANDER LEO PATRICK FINDLEY, 19, of Badger Close, Maidenhead, was committed to prison for eight weeks concurrent, suspended for 12 months, for possession of a class A drug, MDMA, in Maidenhead on January 28, 2016. He was also committed to prison for eight weeks concurrent, suspended for 12 months, for possession of a class B drug, cannabis, in Maidenhead on January 28, 2016. He was also committed to prison for eight weeks concurrent, suspended for 12 months for possession of a class B drug, amphetamine, in Maidenhead on January 28, 2016. He was also committed to prison for eight weeks concurrent, suspended for 12 months, for possession of a controlled class A drug, LSD, in Maidenhead on April 16, 2016. He has also been committed to prison for 16 weeks consecutively, suspended for 12 months, for assault by beating in Maidenhead on April 16, 2016 and was ordered to pay £200 compensation.

WASEEM AHMED, 20, of Hillside, Slough, was fined £50 for possession of a class B drug, cannabis, in Slough on February 16, 2016. He was also ordered to pay £20 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

DEAN ASHLEY D'SOUZA, 25, of no fixed abode, was discharged conditionally for six months for possession of a class A drug, cocaine, in Slough on March 31, 2016. He was also ordered to pay £15 victim surcharge and £50 costs.

CHELSEA GREEN, 18, of Skydmore Path, Slough, was given a community order for assault y beating in Wentworth Avenue, Slough on December 4, 2015. She was also ordered to pay £100 compensation, £60 victim surcharge and £35 costs.

THOMAS IRVINE, 22, of Martin Close, Windsor, was fined £200 for drink driving in Station Road, Cippenham, Slough on April 3, 2016. He was also ordered to pay £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs and disqualified from driving for 12 months.

CLARE LOUISE JERSTICE, 28, of Stonefield Park, Maidenhead, was fined £250 for drink driving in Maidenhead Road, Warfield on April 2, 2016. She was also ordered to pay £25 victim surcharge, £85 costs and disqualified from driving for 18 months.

RYAN KEEGAN, 21, of Boyn Valley Road, Maidenhead, was discharged conditionally for 12 months for assault by beating in Maidenhead on April 2, 2016. He was also ordered to pay £50 compensation, £15 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

KAROLINA GORSKA, 29, of Clive Court, Slough, was fined £75 for being in charge of a dog, namely a Staffordshire Terrier, which was dangerously out of control causing injury in Clive Court, Slough on February 5, 2016. She was also ordered to pay £100 compensation, £20 victim surcharge, £35 costs and unless the dog is kept under proper control at all times on a muzzle and a lead when in a public place, it must be destroyed.

GIOVANNI SARBIA, 45, of Lynton Green, Maidenhead, was fined £400 for drink driving in The Pound, Cookham on April 2, 2016. He was also ordered to pay £40 victim surcharge, £85 costs and disqualified from driving for 12 months.

ASHLEY ROBERT JUDE STACEY, 31, of Benham Road, Maidenhead, was committed to prison for 12 weeks, suspended for 12 months, for being in charge of a dog, namely an American Mastiff cross, which was dangerously out of control in Oaken Grove Park, Maidenhead on June 3, 2015. He was also ordered to pay £1,072.59 compensation and the dog, when in a public place, must be kept under proper control and must wear a collar or harness, be on a leash no longer than 2m, war a box style muzzle, be walked by a person over 18-year-of-age, and Mr Stacey must undertake basic dog training and socialisation classes with the dog, and the dog must have third party insurance for the rest of its life. Failure to comply will result in destruction of the dog.

PETER CAMPBELL, 27, of Bath Road, Maidenhead, was fined £100 for driving a mechanically propelled vehicle which was unlicensed on the A40 in Oxford on July 8, 2015. He was also ordered to pay £30 vehicle excise back duty and £90 costs.

GHULLAM RAZA SHABBIR, 37, of Seymour Road, Slough, was given a community order for assaulting a constable in the execution of his/her duty in Seymour Road, Slough on February 8, 2016. He was ordered to pay £60 victim surcharge and £85 costs. He was also given a community order for resisting a constable in the execution of his/her duty in Seymour Road, Slough on February 8, 2016, a community order for possession of heroin at Maidenhead Police Station on February 8, 2016, and a community order for failing to answer bail at Slough Police Station on March 7, 2016.

GURDIP SINGH HIRA, 31, of Burlington Avenue, Slough, was given a community order for stealing baby clothing to the value of £135 belonging to Mothercare in Slough on April 11, 2016. He was ordered to pay £60 victim surcharge. He was also given a community order for stealing perfume to unknown value belonging to TK Maxx in Slough on April 9, 2016.
