ARMED robbers threatened staff before stealing cash and cigarettes from a High Street convenience store.
Three robbers, wearing ski masks, robbed Tesco Express in High Street, Burnham last night (Tuesday) at around 10.45pm.
Two of the men, who were armed with a sledge hammer and a crowbar, verbally threatened staff. No one was injured.
The trio made their escape in a car parked outside being driven by a fourth person. The car is described as a dark coloured Subaru Impreza estate.
Sgt Dan Mckenzie, officer in the case from Local CID Taplow, said: "I would appeal to anyone with information to come forward as soon as possible.
“I would like to reassure the local community that a thorough investigation is underway.”
