A DRUNK driver has been caught driving over the limit again after being arrested and prosecuted for the same offence several times this year.
The driver was found to be over the limit in Windsor, on Monday, July 24, after being arrested for a similar offence on Saturday (July 22).
Writing on social media, Thames Valley Police Roads Policing said the driver was “arrested on suspicion of being unfit through alcohol and failing to provide” on Saturday.
The same officers stopped the driver in Windsor last night (July 24) where a roadside breath test confirmed they were over the limit.
Checks showed they had an impending prosecution for similar from March.
A spokesperson from the force said” They clearly haven't learnt their lesson, so for everyone's safety Taplow B shift have remanded them to court in the morning (July 25), where they are certain to be banned.”
