A popular restaurant on the London Road is getting ready to relaunch with a new look.

Harvester Montagu Arms will be undergoing a major refurbishment set to last five weeks which will give the popular restaurant an exciting new look and feel.

Work commenced on the Langley restaurant on Monday, February 12, with locals quick to notice the absence of the family favourite.

During its closure, changes will be made to the restaurant including all new interiors, furniture and lighting, with the aim of improving the dining experience for the guest.

Outside a huge investment is looking to transform the garden and outdoor dining area with new seating.

Ashley, general manager at Harvester Montagu Arms, said: “We’re so excited to reopen our doors and reveal our brand-new look to the people of Slough. We can’t wait to welcome guests, old and new, to join us for some great food in all-new surroundings.

“Myself and the rest of the Montagu Arms team are really excited to share our brand new refreshed restaurant with our guests, we’re sure they will be really pleased with the new look and our new menu, we’re certainly looking forward to inviting them in."

In January The Harvester also applied for new signage outside the restaurant. The local authority has yet to approve the application.

The Harvester, Langley, is set to serve customers again on Wednesday, March 13.

The refurbishment is set to create roughly 10 new jobs and The Harvester has stated it is looking to recruit new team members for both waiting and chef roles in March. To enquire about joining the team at the Montagu Arms contact 01753 543009.
