A Windsor restaurant run by the winner of BBC's Great British Menu 2023 has bagged another award.

Since winning the TV show, Adam Handling has gone from strength to strength, with his restaurant The Loch and The Tyne repeatedly snapping up titles.

Now the restaurant, found on Crimp Hill in Old Windsor, has been named in the National Pub and Bar Awards 2024.

Adam Handling's The Loch and The Tyne features alongside 93 county winners, taking the crown for Berkshire.

Meanwhile, The Journeyman has won the title for Buckinghamshire, just up the road in Gerrards Cross.

The county finalists will now go head to head to win the title for their region, in this case, the best in the South East.

The results will be announced in an awards ceremony on June 26 - with 'national pub and bar of the year' and 'pub group of the year' also set to be announced.

The Loch and The Tyne are also currently in the running to be named the best restaurant in Berkshire in the Muddy Stilettos Awards.

Adam Handling's Windsor restaurant has also been recognised in Estrella Damn's Top 50 Gastropubs, SquareMeal Top 100, the AA Restaurant Guide and inside The Michelin Guide.
