After months of hideous weather, the UK welcomes a very much deserved heatwave that is sweeping across the nation today and over the weekend.
The public can enjoy T-shirt and jacket temperatures as this mini heatwave makes its way across Berkshire, with 19 degrees expected today Friday April 12 and Saturday April 13.
Reading will see highs today of 19 degrees around 2 pm lasting till around 4 pm, with lows of only about 15 degrees in the early evening.
On Saturday, the town's climate will reach 18 degrees from 2 pm lasting till 5 pm and lows of 15 degrees in the evening.
The weather is expected to be sunny with moderate breeze - perfect for taking a well earned lunch time stroll, organising a date in the park with a friend, or playing sports outside.
Bracknell is also predicted to see some lovely weather over the next few days. Like Reading, there will be highs today of 19 degrees around lunchtime and lows of 15.
Saturday looks much the same in the town with highs of 18 from from 2 pm lasting till 5 pm and lows of 15 degrees in the evening.
The weather in Slough also looks like it's going to be glorious over the next few days. The town can hope to see highs of 19 degrees and lows of 15 today.
