A GCSE pupil was congratulated by his mentor on his 'absolutely brilliant' results.
Rohan Wattley from Burnham Grammar school, passed with 5 As and 4 Bs, and now plans to attend the Hogfair Lane school's sixth form to study psychology, biology, PE and economics before reading sports science at university.
Mr Wattley said: "I wasn't expecting to do so well so I'm really, really pleased."
The 16-year-old's English Literature mentor, Year 13 student, Alan Lea, 17, said: "He's done absolutely brilliantly and I'm thrilled for him."
Also celebrating at the school this morning was 16-year-old Jessica Martin, who got 7 A*s, 2 As and a B, and hopes to become a vet.
James Honke, 16, from Iver Heath, achieved an outstanding 5 A*s, 5 As and a B, while Rebecca Crone, 16, from Iver, got 9 A*s.
Overall, the school celebrated 95% of its 123 Year 11 students receiving 5A*-C grades including maths and English.
