Update: Pinewood fire in James Bond food lorry

A CATERING lorry, used to feed the cast and crew of the new James Bond movie Skyfall, was set ablaze at the multi-million pound Pinewood Studios site.
The lorry was no more than 100 metres away from one of the filming studios at the Iver Heath site, in Pinewood Road.
Smoke could be seen from half a mile away and 30 firefighters and officers from seven stations, tackled the blaze at 10pm on Friday night. Slough watch manager, Bob Skinner, said: "When we were travelling down the Uxbridge Road we could see the smoke.
"The lorry was well alight when we arrived - it was near to the filming studios."
On-site security staff discovered the fire and an adjacent building suffered damage to the guttering.
Incident commander Denis Melia, from Gerrards Cross fire station, said: "The fire began in a catering lorry that is being used to feed the cast and crew of the Bond movie that is currently under production. It then spread to the roof of an adjacent building."
Crews from Gerrards Cross and Slough used a hose reel and jet to tackle the fire and cool four attached Liquid Petroleum Gas (LPG) cylinders. The fire was under control by 10.49pm.
Mr Melia said: "These two crews from different brigades were working together very effectively to prevent the roof from becoming fully involved and the incident from becoming much more serious."
Security staff briefed the fire crews when they arrived to provide details of the site's fire prevention measures.
They also confirmed the studio's own hydrant system was ready to use.
Mr Denis added: "These procedures are included in the strategy plan for the site, and it is pleasing that it worked so efficiently."
Fire crew from Gerrards Cross left the scene at 1am.
The cause of the fire is believed to be a fault in either the electrical or gas supply to the catering lorry.
