A 57-YEAR-OLD man appeared in court on Monday charged with raping a girl aged under 13 at a special needs school.
Harbhajan Dhillon, of Ontario, Canada, was charged with one count of rape of a girl under 13 years of age and one count of causing/inciting sexual activity with a female aged 16-17 with a mental illness.
The offences are said to have taken place at Arbour Vale School, Slough.
The allegations relate to one victim while Dhillon was a teaching assistant at the school.
He was arrested in London on Saturday (4/10) and has been remanded in custody to appear at Reading Crown Court on October 27.
