PAUL Mulvaney has been confirmed as the new manager at Burnham after a successful spell as interim boss.
Blues Chairman Gary Reeves confirmed today (Wednesday) that he has cancelled the interview process having been impressed with Mulvaney's management of the side.
Mulvaney, who had previously worked as assistant to ex-boss Mark Tallentire, has taken charge three matches resulting in one win and two draws.
Reeves told the Observer: "I've stopped the interview process and am giving Paul the chance. He's keen on his own ideas, gets his message across well, and already has the respect of the players.
"We're ticking along nicely and that says something about what Paul has brought to the team.
"The challenge now is to make sure we're competitive and push on up the table, which would be great for the club and the team."
